(Sold Out) Guillemot Goes East
With food from Japan, Indonesia, Northern China, Vietnam and Thailand
We’ve been on a bit of a global gastronomic journey with The Guillemot Kitchen Café these past few festivals, stopping off at Spain, Ireland, South America and Italy. This year we’re heading east, taking culinary inspiration from Japan, Indonesia, Northern China, Vietnam and Thailand.
We’ve had a sneak peek at the five-course sharing menu, but we wouldn’t want to spoil the surprise. All we will say is that it looks delicious in all five languages. Well, okay, there might be some ramen and a bit of dim sum – and you’ll get a glass of sake on arrival!
Local crooner Harry Martin, who was a huge hit at last year’s Guillemot Trattoria nights, will be coming along for the ride on Friday 2nd & Saturday 3rd, and Jackie and Emma of The Sweet Beats will be entertaining you on Friday 16th & Saturday 17th.
