The Festival Cookery School is back! This time the venue is The Kitchen Academy – Bangor’s new Cookery School, owned by chef and culinary educator, Kim Close, who’ll be headmistress for the duration of the Festival school!
More people are exploring a plant based diet for health and environmental reasons, but many struggle to make vegan food look enticing and taste delicious.
Join Kim to discover fresh ways to cook with seasonal, local produce, and learn how to plan, prepare and create the perfect plant-based feast. By the end of the day you’ll be all set to impress friends and family with your vegan cookery skills – from everyday eating to sophisticated dinner parties!
Lunch will include the food youve prepared and youll get some vegan foodie goodies to take home.
