Desert Island Dishes
A four-course menu decided by you
You’re stranded on a desert island, and along with your one book and one record, you can bring one dish to eat forevermore – what would it be?
Paddy Rowan, head chef at Harbour & Co in Donaghadee, overlooking the Copeland Islands (okay, we know it’s not exactly tropical – but humour us) will design a very special menu – based on your desert island dishes.
When you book your ticket, you’ll be asked to email us a favourite dish for everyone in your party – and a brief description of why you/they love it so much. Paddy will select a starter, fish, main and dessert dish, sprinkle his own gourmet twist, and name each course after one special diner – whose story will be read out on the night. And the good folk at Neill Wine will match each dish with a wonderful wine.
You’ll gather in the downstairs bar for fizz and canapés before heading upstairs to the restaurant to see what, and who, is on the menu!
