Not a cucumber sandwich in sight
A celebration of fresh, local, seasonal seafood at the Salty Dog hotel overlooking Bangor harbour – this is afternoontea with a difference. The traditional tiered plates will be teeming with savoury seafood delights – think smoked mackerel mousse with cucumber jelly (well, there has to be a bit of cucumber somewhere) and lemon meringues with smoked salmon cream.
Even the sweet treats at the end may have a seaside slant! You’ll get a glass of prosecco on arrival, and as much tea and coffee as you can drink.
You’ll be entertained by Bangor musician, Taylor Lally – who will be conducting a sea-inspired singalong session.
