Due to the current health crisis, the Open House office is closed temporarily. However, we’re still working away behind the scenes from our kitchen table.
Due to ongoing Government restrictions, and the uncertainty over when they might be lifted, we’ve taken the difficult decision to suspend for the time being any live events. This is a very difficult time for the events sector – for local artists, venues, our support staff and suppliers. We are working closely with funders so that, once restrictions on public gatherings are lifted, we can quickly spring back into action and deliver events to support the recovery of the town.
YEAR ROUND CONCERTS
All our shows for the current financial year are being rescheduled or cancelled. If you have a ticket for any of these concerts we will contact you directly by email. If your show is rescheduled, you can choose whether to keep your ticket for the new date or get a full refund. If your show is cancelled, you will automatically get a full refund. Please bear with us while we work our way through this process. And thanks for your understanding and patience.
We are so grateful to the Arts Council for their continuing support in the form of both Annual Funding for our core organisation, and emergency funding to help us deliver some virtual activity later in the year. We have also received emergency funding from both the Heritage Emergency Fund (via National Lottery Heritage Fund) and the Covid-19 Emergency Fund (via The National Lottery Community Fund) to ensure our survival during the current financial year. This funding is a lifeline and we are hugely grateful for it.
Every day we’re thinking about all our customers, supporters, local businesses and friends. Hope you’re all ok. If there’s anything we can do to help, or you just want to contact us, please feel free to email me on email@example.com
See you on the other side.
