The BossHoss have, for reasons beyond our control, cancelled their gig in the main ChilliFest marquee on Saturday 26th September.
However, the world's best Johnny Cash tribute band, Union Avenue, will step into the breach and rock the marquee with unique versions of classic songs such as White Wedding, Ace of Spades and Teenage Kicks - delivered as the Man in Black would have done them.
Union Avenue played two sell out shows at the Kings Head in 2006 as part of Open House Festival, so we are thrilled to have them back. Check them out at www.myspace.com/unionavenue.
Support is still from two brilliant bands, Prison Love plus Ivan Ivanovich & the Kreml Krauts. MC and DJ for the night will be our very own BBC Radio DJ, Ralph" sharp suitor" McLean. Tickets already purchased will be valid for the new lineup. Or you can claim a full refund by contacting the Belfast Welcome Centre.

HILLSTOMP NEED A DRIVER: US Gut-bucket Hill Country punk blues duo, Hillstomp (and firm festival faves) are looking for a kind soul to drive them around Ireland as part of their tour with Bob Log. All expenses such as petrol, food, accommodation, beer etc etc would be covered and of course you would get the chance to see two of the most "out-there" acts on the planet. If you ask me, I think it's a once-in-a-liftetime-opportunity, one of those episodes in your life where you might, just might survive to tell the grandchildren. Tour dates run from 24th - 30th Sep.

Due to very high ticket demand for the Duke & the King / Otis Gibbs show the venue has now be changed to the Black Box, Hill Street. Date, line-up, times and tickets prices are unaffected - we just need a bigger venue and it's only around the corner from the original venue. The Guidewires / Mórga concert will now take place in the John Hewitt and once again the date, line-up, times and ticket prices are unaffected
