Comment: A very big thank you to everyone who attended this year's festival. It was a hugely successful year for us, an awful lot of fun to organise and we appreciate you coming out in your thousands to support it.
We look forward to seeing you all next year. Festival dates are 24 - 28 September 2008.
We would also like to thank all the festival staff, stewards, volunteers and crew who, as always, went well above and beyond the call of duty.

Thanks so much festival critters, you did us proud.

Comment: Spent Sat Avo in the Chillifest. Was a bit underwhelmed when i got there but soon nad a nosy round and a few pints n Gumbo then relaxed into the pineleaf boys. Well ran, queus at a minimum and a few jars across the road afterwaord made it a great day out :)

Only gripe was teh chilli eating competition should have been onstage as no one could see the action!

Comment: It's now 4 days after the Old Crow Medicine Show gig in the CHS marquee and I'm still in a state of amazment! What a night - surely one of the best concerts ever to grace this city. Don't know how you pull all these amazing musicians together from all over the world but as a
'born-an-bred' citizen of Belfast I am indebted to you. Keep up the good
work - ROLL ON NEXT YEAR!

Comment: Another great festival it's staggering that it somehow manages to get better year on year despite the scope for improvement being almost non existent. An amazing schedule of artists and events in some of Belfast's finest venues - genius. Didn't spend a great deal of time in the marquee but that Texan chilli was outstanding, just what the hangover doctor ordered. Highlight of the weekend for me was the Mountain Fireworks Co. at the John Hewitt not the madness and showmanship of Steve or the Agnostics but a great sound and perfect for early Sunday afternoon with a few pints of Guinness. Thanks again for a fantastic weekend.

Comment: Fantastic festival. Soooo much to choose from. Thank which ever god is out there that we booked on your great website early enough to get tickets for all the artist we wanted to see in this years lineup. Outstanding so far...best yet to come Seasick Steve AND the Agnostics in one night..Awesome.. Can't wait!! Congrats on yet another excellent festival to all those organising the event. You do Belfast proud. Only one grumble...I was skint after 3 pints in the marquee... gourmet does not have to me extortion! Get the gourmet beer from Bernard and Seamus at Whitewater and Hilden, Irish beer, tastes fantastic, no overdraft needed!!

Comment: Stumbled on this festival this week tracking The Old Crows movements in the autumn. Already booked four days worth of gigs and looking forward to it. Funnily enough was at an Old time festival Bristol, Tennessee in September last year (and saw Foghorn Stringband busking in the street!) Couldn't afford to go back again this year but a music trip to my favourite city more than makes up for it!
