Riley Baugus hails from the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina and is both a virtuoso player and an accomplished maker of American five string banjos. He has played with most of the great living Bluegrass and Appalachian musicians, including Tim O'Brien and Dirk Powell. He is also a very fine ‘'hollerer'.
